WHAT IS A BOOKING FEE?
A booking fee is a non-refundable fee paid to reserve your appointment time. This fee GOES towards your service.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A BOOKING FEE IN ORDER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Time management is very important to us. We know that unexpected circumstances may arrive however the time that you don't show could be used for someone else. We'd like to know that you are just as committed as we are.
HOW MUCH IS THE BOOKING FEE?
It depends on the service.
HOW DO I PAY THE BOOKING FEE? WHEN? AND CAN I PAY WITH CASH?
Through our online scheduler located on the 'BOOK WITH US' page of this website. You will be asked for your card information upon scheduling your appointment.
WHAT IF I AM A NO SHOW BUT I'VE PAID MY BOOKING FEE?
Unfortunately, your booking fee is non-refundable. However, you do have two business days to reschedule your appointment in order for your booking fee to still be applied. If you do not reschedule within that time frame, you lose your appointment as well as your fee.
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY SERVICES?
There is a NO REFUND policy on all services rendered. Once your service is complete, our stylist will stand by to assure that you are well pleased. If there is a problem our main goal is to make it right before you leave our salon. We practice this policy because our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied. At Poochie's Hair and Nails, satisfaction IS guaranteed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE GRADES OF HAIR?
The hair grade system is a system used to determine the quality of hair. Though it may all be real virgin hair, the quality is not always great. The higher the grade, the better results; no shedding, tangling, and minimum maintenance.
WHAT IS REAL VIRGIN HAIR?
Real virgin hair is hair that is completely unprocessed and intact.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY BUNDLES?
We no longer allow pick ups for regular shipping. We have two shipping options; Direct Shipping and Overnight. Overnight shipping will arrive the next business day to our salon. Overnight is for PICK UP only. Direct shipping will take 3-7 business days to arrive to you via USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY BUNDLES?
Your hair could last two or more years with the proper maintenance. So along with your bundles purchase, you will receive maintenance instructions. To assure eminence results, we recommend that you:
1. Make sure the stylist that is performing your install does not sew through the weft (or track), this could cause shedding.
2. DO NOT use any products on your bundles.
3. Always comb your hair starting from the bottom with a wide tooth comb.
4. At night, wrap your hair with a silk scarf.
5. Wash hair in warm water with a moisturizing shampoo. (Preferably Argan Oil)
6. Condition hair with a moisturizing conditioner. (Preferably Argan Oil)
7. Rinse thoroughly.
8. Air dry hair for a gentle kiss or wrap nicely in a silk bonnet.
9. Keep curling irons and flat irons to a minimum.
10. TREAT YOUR BUNDLES AS IF IT WAS YOUR VERY OWN HAIR.
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY BUNDLES AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM?
All sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned due to the nature of the business. Like our services, our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied therefore we will take reasonable steps to gratify our customers.

I just got my hair done at Poochies hair and nail and I am pleased to say the service and hospitality there was great. They staff made me feel as if I were apart of their family. Icesis the stylist that did my hair let me look in the mirror the entire time which I think is great because most stylist hate to let you see them work. She was very patient with me throughout the entire time. Brenda was very nice, pleasant, and professional when greeting and answering questions I had making sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends who needs their hair done. And I will be back to get my hair redone very soon!! -Mariah Graham
